am I pregnant again after a mc?

Hi wanting some advice I mc on the 20th january and bleed for about a week. I had sex on the 28th and a couple of days as well as I'm wanting to try again for a baby. I took a test on the last week and it said it was negative I have taken another yesterday the 7th feb and it said it was positive but the line was very very faint could I be pregnant again? Don't really feel well in myself got back pain and cramping and very tired could this just be from my previous pregnancy?

If you had miscarriage on 20th Jan, then please do not test for pregnancy before 28th of Feb or later. The reason being, that after miscarriage the HCG levels fluctuate in blood and can give false positive tests. If you conceived in this cycle, then one month post periods due to miscarriage will complete on 20th Feb. Since periods after miscarriage can get delayed, I am asking you to wait another week or ten days before testing. You can discuss this with your gynecologist as well. Take care!
