any stay at home moms working from home?

Hello, I am currently employed as a child development instructional aide, as is my husband. Together we make enough money to get by, but I am planning on quitting my job. We will still get by, but will be living paycheck to paycheck. My son is almost 4 months and I went back to work yesterday. It was so hard and I became depressed. I hate having to put him in daycare. When i called to check on him, they told me that he was very quiet all day. This is very unlike him, he is usually a very happy babyI told my husband that I just want to be a stay at home mom because I don't want to miss my baby's milestones. That is very important to me. He is the greatest guy and was actually ok with me staying home while he continues to work. He even suggested him getting a second job. I was wondering if any of you have any information on how I can make some extra money from home. I googled this but all that pops up are websites that sound too good to be true. Is there actually a good way to make money while staying at home or is it really too good to be true?

Hi, I have been looking also. I have to believe there is something that actually works but I have checked out a lot of what you see online and they all are BS. Be careful!! I will let you know if I do find anything and please do the same.

I had to stop working earlier then expected so I am currently on an extended maturnity leave. i had to work full time after my first and I hated it. Now that he is 8, it's my only regret. I feel like I missed a lot of time with him. I don't want to do this again. I have until the 1st week of April, assuming delivery and baby are great, to come up with a plan that will allow me to not go back or go back part time.

Again, be careful, in hopes of finding a way to make things work I have stupidly lost money on these to good to be true scams. Having said that, there has to be people that actually make a living working from home so lets find them!!!

I work full time from home as a medical coder/fraud investigator. What I suggest is by a subscription to sohojobs.o r g  
It is a great newsletter that comes out weekly and has legit work from home jobs. Many offer great pay as well as benefits.
Each company is checked out by the better business bureue before they are allowed to post.  There are no scams and no job requires Money up front. Jobs consist of medical, customer service, finance etc...  Many are entry level as well as those with experience.

sunsister: Thanks for the support! I am glad that there is someone out there that feels the same way I do. That is exactly what I was thinking, if I go to work, I will always regret not being there to see my son's reach every milestone. I am still planning on going to school and getting my degree so hopefully I will find a good job in the future. The money can always come but I will never get the time that I lost out with my son. I will make sure to tell you if I find something!!
