baby acne

My 10 month old just recently broke out reallllly bad it seems. They are just little bumps(not red) but its all over her forehead. I dont know why except the last week the weather was in the high 80s and now its in the 50s/60s. Could it be from the soap im using on her? Eventhough ive used that soap before too, I dont know but it looks really bad.

Sounds like heat rash, not baby acne. Has she been wearing a hat?

No she hasnt been wearing a hat, its cold but not that cold yet. It looks like acne though? Its weird it came out of nowhere and shes had it about 3-4 days now.
