baby deliverd iugr

i delivered baby boy iugr normal delivery in the year 2007. he weighd 1.860 kgs at birth. i would like to know whether he will grow like other normal babies. Because he falls sick casually. He walks, responds also but he is not yet able to speak. Please help.

my daughter was born 2 months early and weighed almost 3 kgs (2.8??) she is almost 3 months old but her doctor said to expect her to be atleast 2 months behind children her age...i wouldn't worry unless he is closer to 3 years old and isn't speaking....it also may be an inner ear problem! best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!
