baby dropping??

I am 31 weeks and last night had a huge increase in pressure down there and now i feel like my baby is about to fall out especially when i use the restroom. is it possible that he has dropped or that i could be dialating or anything???

Call your doctors office, and report what you're feeling.  They know your history, and will tell you if they'd rather see you now than later.

Pressure and an increase in BH contractions can sometimes precede true premature labor.  I know nothing about you or your OB history, so the only safe thing is to tell you to contact your OB office and let them tell you what they'd like for you to do.

i am 34 weeks pg as of tomorrow and i can still feel my baby's head above my pubic bone.  I feel like i am going to hold on until 40+ weeks.. ug.  
i cant breathe.. hahaha..

I don't know.  I had lots of pressure but none of the BH contractions so I don't know.  My little girl was pretty lazy except she loved kicking me in the ribs....I would call at least to discuss with a nurse.  I'm so excited for you...it's like right around the corner!!!!

I felt the same probably starting at 32 weeks.  Tons of pressure.  If it's that intense though you should be checked.  I didn't dilate...even when I went into labor it took forever....26 hours total for labor.....ugggh.  The thought of that again just makes me tired.

When is your next appt?  if it's more than 2 days away...see if they can see you now.  I wouldn't take any chances.  I'm not sure your views and don't want to frighten you but that happen to my mom and well let's just say it happened fast and my brother was almost born in the grocery store.  All of my mom's labor was less then 2 hours....which meant no epidural.

AND I LOVE THE EPIDURAL!!!!

I am only 31 weeks also and i don't think i am dialating but I kow that i get alot of those braxton hicks last night and this morning (well i say alot maybe 10 last night over about 4 hours and maybe 5 this morning) and the pressure is more than it used to be.
My appt is thursday. So should i call the doctor or just wait til my appt? and if it gets worse then call???
