I'M 41 YEARS OLD & I WANT ANOTHER CHILD 18 YRS AGO I HAD MY TUBES CUT & BURN, IS IT A RISK TO GET PREGNANT AGAIN AFTER AGE 41.

After age 40 you have a much higher likelihood of chromosomally related problems with a baby born from your own eggs.  It is also more unlikely that you will even get pregnant.  So you could wind up spending a lot of time and money and pain on surgery to reconnect the tubes, and then either not get pregnant, or have a tubal pregnancy, or have a child with problems.  IVF with a donor egg would be the way to go, but it is very costly.

How about adopting an embryo (or embryos)
I am 43 - the best part is the age of mom is dependent on the BIO mom not you
