back pain at 26w and 2 d can someone help???

ok for the last day and a half i have straight back pain in the lower back and tyneol does not seem to help it all??? is anyone else experinceing this or should i go to get it looked at ? my kidney infection? uti? anyone know> does not hurt when i pee or no smell to my pee . just the pain . a conteist pain that feels like maybe i had pulled a muscle but i didnt do nothin to pull my back confused?????????? 26W and 2 d!!!!!!

You should call your doctor, tell him/her that Tylenol doesn't relieve it, and you are concerned.
