I had unprotected sex on Saturday Jan 22nd. I am on birthcontrol and about 3 days later i had a medium bleed not the brownish bleed i had with my first child. it was red and it lasted half a day. I am on the week right before my period with my birthcontrol pills. my question is could I likely be pregnant.

But no,  if you're on birth control pills and you haven't missed any and you've taken them as directed,  it's exteemely unlikely you're pregnant.  

Before the day of HIV,  all women used to protect themselves was a birth control pill.  And they are remarkably effective.  "Unprotected" in today's world means you're vulnerable to disease,  not pregnancy.

If you took your pill as directed,  you are not pregnant.
