I'm 42 and trying (desperately) to get PG. I heard that going on birth controlControl Control rx pills for 1 or 2 months, and then trying to conceive heightens your chance. Anyone heard of that?
Have you spoken with your doctor? At your age, the standard rules don't apply. You get to jump right in rather than waiting a year.
I would definitely either set up with your Gynecologist/Obstetrician or get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. Unfortunatley tiem isn't on your side, so the sooner the better.

I don't think going on the pill for a few months is a wise option for you at this time, unless suggested by your doctor. I would definitely call first thing Monday morning and get in there and get things rolling : )
Good Luck!
