bloating at night

hi, i just wanted to ask if anyone had suffered from quite bad, painful bloatyness as i dont have it every night but when i do it is uncomfertable, feels like i need a bowel movement and when i try (sorry if tmi) hardly anything comes out, I have a lot of wind, in the daytime i can sometimes have a lot of wind. I am TTC, AF is due in about 4days, am hoping it wont turn up but also not gettin my hopes up too much. Hva ejust started taking evening primrose capsules and am going to try pre seed this month. 2 questions... For the capsules of evening primrose, what is the best time to take them? and for pre seed do i use it on the day of O or on the days around it? i have only ordered a trial size that has three applicators in them. if anyone could tell me how to make the most of them please post it.
