blood

blood

I had my second son eight weeks and 1 day ago.... when I finally thought I was finished bleeding... my period came the day before my six week check up. I got my birthcontrol patches that day. I decided to wait until the end of the week to start it so that I could finish my period. Saturday came and there was no more blood. I started my patch. This past Saturday I put a new patch on. Yesturday morning I woke up to a white discharge with a littile blood... today I went to the restroom and there was a good bit more discharge and a good bit more blood...I'm not sure what to do.... I hate to go to the doctor and have them tell me it's nothing to worry about and have to pay $40 dollars for nothing!

girl,I thought something was wrong i started bleeding very heavily as few days before my 6 weeks. I had a csection and tubal.
My doc assured me all was well and it was my cycle. This is my second child but i can't remember starting this early with the first. She said i will bleed heavily on firts and if it continues she can give me brith controol to minimize the flow.
Be careful with those patches..i hear they are unsafe. but you should be on schedule the next month or so
