booster seats

We're looking at buying a new car seat for my 2.5 year old.  She's approx 30 lbs.  Anyway, we would like one that is a front facing car seat with the 5 buckle harness but will also convert to the shoulder strap when she's older.

What does everyone have and what would you recommend?  I know I need to actually have her try it out and see what's comfortable - but I would like to narrow it down a bit before I drag her out...

I use a gracco one from Wal-mart it will hold up to 80 lbs--it was the one I just liked--it was dark grey and also had the cup hold that came with it--it has sdjustable straps for the childs differnet heights.  My son just turned 3 and he no longer uses the straps we are with a seat belt for he is a big boy and he fits all requirements for this.
