boy or girl

boy or girl

Hi guys. I had an ultrasound done back when i was 18 and 19 weeks pregnant and was told we were having a girl. I recently just another one done at 32 weeks when i noticed a big white mass on the screen and asked the doctor what it was. He said he would have to get his senior doctor to have a look first. Whilst this was happening i was having horrible panick attacks thinking something was wrong. When he returned with the senior doctor she had a look and said "yes that is what you think it is". They finally told me that the white mass was in fact boy genitalia. After relaxing i informed them that i was told that we were told we were having a girl at the 18 week scan and she replied "well i would stick to that then because that scan is more accurate."  I didnt get a photo because i was in shock and relieved that it wasnt serious. Has this ever happened to anyone?? And what was the outcome? I really am confused now and dont know what to think. Should i just ignore the whole thing??

Hi I would say not to worry. The important thing is to get a healthy baby. Just make sure you get neutral clothes so that either way you will be ok. And just think this will be the surprise you never expect when you found out the sex at 18 weeks. Good Luck I hope your baby is happy and healthy.
