boy or girl

im now 15 weeks 2days and was wondering if the gender of the baby can also be detected by the way you carry. my mother in law keeps telling me its a boy as she has 3 boys and carried the same as i am. my mother also tells me its a boy as i had early sickness it started at just 5 weeks and still have it now, im carrying low and i look like a watermelon. is there anyway i could tell before i have my 20 week ultrasound.  I have also done some quizzes and most answers tell me its gonna be a girl.  im not atall bothered as to what it is, i still have 4 weeks till my next ultrasound and im very eager to find out wot it is.

ultrasound is it.  i found out i was having a girl at a 15 week ultrasound.

I had three boys and carried each one differently. Ultrasound can give a good guess, I found out with my middle son at 12 weeks.

I don't think the way you carry has much to do with the sex.  The way you carry has a lot to do with the way you are built, and the number of kids that you have had.  It can also be effected by the position of the baby.  Ava was breech, so I her oddly.    

I found out Ava's sex at her 25 week ultrasound.  :)

when i was preggo with my son, my stomach was not so low. im pregnant with a girl and its the same way im just bigger in other places too and my face is a lil swollen. no way to tell trust me! until ur ultrasound

My first two pregnancies...I carried completely OPPOSITE...1st was ALL out front, couldn't tell from behind I was even pregnant...the second I carried EVERYWHERE...
BOTH BOYS!!!
My third was completely different again...that one was a GIRL!
It's pretty much 50/50  boy/girl
Some of my friends carried out front...up high...down low...and all were boys!
Some had morning sickness others went for 2-1/2 months before they even found out they were pregnant!  Everyone is different!
