breast milk already?

I'm 25 weeks 2 days pregnant.  I have on a pajama shirt, and no bra since I'm getting ready for bed.  And I just noticed a wet spot on the shirt where my nipple is.  I heard that like a pre milk comes in to clean out the milk ducts, is it normal for it to happen already, is there anything I should do? when I have on a regular bra will it leak through? Should I start wearing a nursing bra now?  Thanks for the info =)  Sorry if it's a silly question but I have no idea!

Sometimes I wear one of my hubbys shirts to bed, will the milk stain his shirt? And I'm guessing this isn't anything to be worried about, right?

it's not technically milk- it's colostrum (a quick search of the term will give you more info on it). apparently it is normal to get it early, although i am 33 weeks and have barely had any.

I started to leak at around 20 weeks. my  Dr. said you can start the day you conceive. So its normal. I wore breast pads for a few days and now at 29 weeks its gone. As for the staining, it did not stain my bra, but jsut to be safe wear a bra and pad at night. thats what I had to do.

It's colostrum, totally normal and no need to do anything but wear nursing pads in your bra if needed.
