breast soreness disappeared-open forum

I know this has been asked before but I am looking for somebody that has had the same thing happen and be ok.  I am 5 weeks pregnant today.  I had a miscarriage in June.  My Hcg went from 40 on Tuesday afternoon to over 2000 on friday and my progesterone is over 40...so my labs are good.  Saw doc yesterday and he feels everything is progressing fine thus far.  My question is I woke up this morning and my sore boobs are now gone.  I really haven't had any other symptoms yet (with my first child I didn't have any until right around this time)  I am concerned that the soreness disappeared though.  I know symptoms disappearing can be a sign of an impending miscarriage.  I need to start relaxing, it is just as many of you know, once you have had a miscarriage it is impossible to not micro analyze every little thing that is going on with your body and assume it something going wrong.  Anybody have these symptoms disappear in early pregnancy and then come back?

Or you could be one of the lucky women and not get to many symptoms.  I was this way my boobs were sore for a few days and then nothing no morning sicknes.  Just some aches and pains here and there.  As long as you are not blleding or getting cramping I think you should be okay.

Cant speak for everyone but, that's what would happen to me. They were more swollen in the evening. And I have to say, I think they still do that now. Good luck and take it easy.  I know it's easier said then done but, try not to spend your first trimester driving yourself nuts like I did.  :-)

Hi.  I just wanted to tell you that, I also had a m/c before and I also lost symptoms.  With this pregnancy, in the middle of the night and when I woke up, my breast weren't sore.  It was when I came home at night is when they would get really sore.  I freaked out for a little while thinking that I was going to m/c again.  But after I figured out that my body had a little schedule going on, I relaxed.  I am 14 weeks prego now.

YES, I had the same thing in the last 2 pregnancy's, my doc says that estrogen and progesterone are what cause the soreness in our breast, I'm 21 weeks and 3 days and my breast still do the same, It's worth a mention to your doc But I think it's pretty common.

I'm 6w and have had no sore bbs.  My sister never got sore bbs during her preg either.  We're all different.  I don't know about them shrinking....  Just try and stop thinking the worst, -k-.  It's not good for the baby for you to worry.  I freaked out last week and then freaked out even more b/c I made myself upset and thought I did harm to the baby from worrying.  It's just not worth it to get all in a tizzy.

hi, i'm 7 weeks pregnant and have pretty much lost my sore boobs, my dr. told me that due to that, and the fact that there was no heartbeat on my 6 weeks sono, that I will most likely miscarry.  I hope you have better news.

I am 10 weeks and through this whole pregnancy I had absolutely no sympthoms at all. Only a brief morning sickness at 7 weeks and that was it... no sore breasts, no nausea, no craving for anything, no mood swings... NOTHING!!! And I'm so worried that something might be going wrong... but you never know, sometimes the sympthoms are mild. Everybody is different.

I'm 6w2d pregnant. I worried about that same thing. I also had a m/c in 02/06. My breasts were sore when I found out that I was pregnant. Then for 2 days at around 5 weeks prego, they weren't sore at all. So automatically I'm thinking m/c. Then the soreness came back. So you are not alone and I think it's completely normal for the symptoms to come and go.

Thanks for your replies!  I guess it will just be a waiting game and we will hope for sore bbs again!  I know every body is different, thanks.
