brown spotting after transvaginal u/s

hi i has a vaginal u/s yesterday strate after they finished i wiped and had brown blood only i tiny bit, i stil have it today its not enough to come of into my pants but just when i wipe, i had no bleeding before the u/s, im just worried its done some damage, i called my dr and she said just wait to see what happends untill the next u/s, the lady who did the scan really hurt me as she did it, i told her it was hurt but she carried on! anyone else had this? and whats become of the bleeding?

Your cervix is extremely sensitive and probably got irritated. Very normal.

Did everything look ok on the ultrasound? If so I wouldn't worry about it. When I had a transvaginal with my last pregnancy my midwife warned me that I might have some spotting within the next 24 hours and not to worry about it unless it gets heavier or is accompanied by persistant cramping. I never did see any spotting from the ultrasound but I have had two pelvic exams during early pregnancy which caused me to have brown spotting. Like kellym said, your cervix is ver sensitive during this time and very easily irritated. Good luck, and try not to stress!
