brown spotting

hope someone can help me.
nov 19 was my last period lasted 4 days i always have a 27-28 day cycle. but this month i ovulated a week later. i was taking an ovulation testsand got happy faces dec 6-7. dec 16-17 had brown spotting took it for implantation bleeding. dec 19 (monday) had blood work done and hcg was 17 was told that it was low and gonna retest in a week. wednesday evening started to have brown spotting and some small stringy clots nothing red though. friday went to emergency room hcg was 110 and tge dr told me my cervix  was slightly open. i had a miscarriage in june of this year trying not to get worked up but scared. am i miscarrying or will i be able to carry to term.

the fact that you havent had any red blood is a good sign, but I would definatley be worried about your cervix being slightly open, at the moment  the only thing you can do really is to get the other blood test done to check to see if your hcg levels are rising as they should or if they have started to drop, and in the meantimes hope for the best but be prepared for the worst
