With my first, I was so scared of this too. I would jump up in the middle of a dead sleep every time I heard her make any tiny noise. How do you position her to sleep? It seems like everyone has different theories on how they should lay. I laid my first on her side a little
With my first she would flip to her stomach even early on, the nurses at the hospital were amazed, my soon did it too, and they say that's a big no no in the sids department, but unfortunately i believe there isn't one thing or another that really prevents it, sometimes it just happens and there isn't an explanation. But my kids slept on their bellies and were perfectly fine.
