clomid an progesterone levels

I have been taking clomid for 3 months 100mg 1 st on days 5-9, 150mg 2nd on days 5-9 with a progesterone level of 9.5, an last month 150mg on days 2-9. my progesterone level this month on day 24 was 42. I was just wondering what this ment. Could I be pregnant. I had an ultrasound on day 17 an was told I had "one good egg".  The nurse at the dr. office said that a level at 42 just ment I had ovulated, but according to what Info. I have found online that is not 100% true.   Any info would greatly help!
