It is very possible to take clomid and not ovulate. I took clomid for 3 cycles before getting pregnant. The first cycle we just bd on the right days, the second month I didn't ovulate and had to take provera to jump start af, then the third month I got pregnant. I was taking the lowest dose that my dr prescribes, 50mg/day for 5 days (cd 2-6). I hope you get your BFP soon!!!

I had a very similar experience.  I was on Clomid 50 mg and peaked just fine with the monitor.  then when I was increased to 100 mg for two months, the monitor did not peak on either month.  I read in the booklet which said that Clomid can affect the monitor and it is possible to have ovulated and it did not show because the estrogen from the clomid affected the monitor.
The only reason I knew I ovulated is that my progesterone levels were very high, indiciating ovulation occurred.   Did your doctor have you do blood tests on day 21 to check your progesterone levels?
