clomid and temps are wierd?

im on clomid 100mg 2nd cycle and ive been doing temps and opk. my temps are wierd though. i started temping on last day of clomid pill. 97.3 for 2 days, 97.1 for 3 days, 96.9, then this morning 97.4. i have done opks for 2 days and first one little more than faint line and yesterday almost same color line. question is why did my temp go down like this or is it clomid? doctor said you cant get a good reading when your on clomid but all the research says do opks?

Your temps are normal for pre-O.  If you just got a positive OPK it means you'll ovulate within 24 to 48 hours so your temp shouldn't rise yet.  Your temp doesn't rise until the day after you ovulate.  So you'll have low temps on the day you ovulate and the next day your temp will go up.  Everything seems pretty normal to me.
