clot in urine

i am 38 years old and in my 14th week of pregnancy. my first child was by c-section 3 years before. i had no problems in my first pregnancy. today i saw a tiny clot of blood in my urine. what does this indicate. 3 days back i had sex with my husband. i am little concerned. kindly advice

I had a tiny clots AND tissue that passed from me when I was 12 weeks.  Of course, just like you, I had just had sex with my fiance', so my doctor told me it was from having sex.  I had an u/s done to confirm my baby was still OK.  If you are having bleeding in your second trimester they may go ahead and give you another u/s.  Have you spoke to your doctor yet?
