Give a quick call to your doctor just to check for your own particular situation, but normally regular Robitussin cough syrup, Sudafed, and Benedryl are all okay to take.  The benedryl will probably make you sleepy but it helps decongest you.

HUGE fan of Sudafed.  It's gotten me through three colds this season.  I am only 25 weeks, though, so I would be safe to check, since your further along.  Feel better!  I know it stinks!

I just got over a cold it was horrible and lasted about two weeks. In the beggining I wasnt taking anything then I finally called my doc and she said it was okay to take Sudafed, Robitussin DM. I think they are more reluctant to okay cold meds in the first trimester. But I would still talk to your doc first. Hope you feel better!
