conceiving afte d&c

I miscarried at 11 weeks.   I bled really heavy and had to have an emergency D&C in April 09.  I had lost a lot of blood and had to take Iron supplements for 3 months.  I got my period as normal in May and have been normal ever since.  My husband and I started trying again in July.  I am concerned because we got pregnant right away the first time and now we have been trying for 8 months with no luck.  Should I go see my doctor?  Has any one else had trouble conceiving after a D&C?

I had no issues getting pregnant after a D&C.  I had a D&C Nov 30th, got AF on Dec 30th and got pregnant during that cycle.  We waited till we got AF since we had the D&C, We also usually get pregnant right away as well.

What did your dr say?  Many dr's say to see them after 6, 9 or 12 months.  I'd say after 8 months of trying and usually get pregnant quickly, you may want to call your dr to see what they suggest.
