congestion in babies

i have a baby of 1 month. he is sffuring from congestion and feels difficullty in breathing through nose what to do

Please take him to ER or his pediatrician immediately. It is difficult to diagnose congestion on net. It can be bronchitis, asthma or sinusitis and respiratory tract infection. If there is fever then it is more likely to be infective and pneumonia too could be a possibility. It is best to have a doctor examine him. Infants as young as him bounce back or deteriorate within hours, so please do not delay seeing a doctor. Take care!
