cramping and constipation sore breats am i pregnant

Hi this is my first time on here, I am 26 years old I have a 7 year old son and I am trying to get pregnant for the second time.  We have been trying for a month, It has been 29 days since my last period, but I am irregular.  This week I have had sore breasts, which I usually get before my m/c anyway. The problem is I am having extreme cramping on only my left side, and constipation for 2 days.  I was wondering if anyone else had these systoms.  I am wanting to take a pregnancy test but I wondering if I should wait another week.  Any suggestions.

Pain on one side can be a sign of ectopic.  Do hpt, even if positive, if pain persists, see doctor right away==they have to monitor for tubal.  There are some ligament stretching 'pains' but that early they're not really painful. Get an "early" test if you're not sure when you're due, it'll pick up hcg earlier.

hi there, i had the same symptoms in october, unfortn mine ended in M/C but i too had sore breasts, like on the inside, just a constant ache it seemed. i had pain in my back, on the lower right side and i was SOOO consipated! u sound just like me. i hope that you are preg! i will keep u in my thoughts, take care and keep us posted if you get a pos!! good luck :-)

Thanks for your feedback.  It has now been 31 days since my last m/c.  I took a first response early pregnancy test it was negitave.  The pain in my left side is getting worse, and the constipation is unbelivable, it is getting worse.  I think I am going to make a Dr's appt, just to be safe. Thanks
