cramping but no period

I need help! I have been cramping for awhile know but am 4 days late and thats not normal. Could i be worrying to much?! I have all the signs of starting my period but i havent.

Hi there. Well, there are multiple reasons you could have this and it is always best to check with your doctor.  

I know that I had delayed periods for a while and had many signs of pms for a long time.  Do you suffer endometriosis?  Could you have a simple cyst on your ovary (pretty common)?  Could you actually be pregnant?  

I take it this is unusual for your typical pattern.  My gyn office has a nurse on call to take questions via the phone.  If you could be pregnant, they might tell you to take a home pregnancy test or they may want to see you.

if you are sexually active you could be preggers go take a test the preg symptoms are very simlar to the pms symptoms
