If you are concerned that is enough reason to at least call and let someone know.  Even if all you get is piece of mind.  Being the weekend and a holiday I would try you local hospital and ask if they have a nurse line first.  I have found mine to be a great source of info but in this case they may just tell you to page your doc anyway.  If the pain is gone I probably wouldn't just go in and at 15 or so weeks it is typical to NOT feel the babe move consistently or for chunks of time.  It may also be gas or intestinal pain, this can be very painful and usually resolves its self.  Any uterine pain at this point I believe would be behind or just barely above the pubic bone, so very low.

I've had pains like that with food poisoning.  Have you eaten out, or noticed any food that seemed a little suspicious, lately?

Some (probably most) foodborne toxins do make you throw up, but there are some that just make you cramp.  It's only a suggestion, though.  There is nothing wrong with calling in to your doc about this.  You don't want to overlook something more serious by just telling yourself it's food poisoning.  (Also, some types of food poisoning aren't good to have during pregnancy either.)
