Hi!
If you have not been very regular with the pills then the possibility of pregnancy are high. The first month there was no protection. The second month, if you were regular, then the pills would be very effective only after 7-10 days. Hence if you are having cramps and passing urine more frequently, then yes, pregnancy is a possibility that should be investigated. You can take a blood pregnancy test after completing three weeks and 2-3 days since your last periods. Also cramping and increased urination can be due to infection. Hence if you miss your periods, take the pregnancy test. If that is negative, urine should be tested for infection. Also if you are not regular with pills, consult your doctor and opt for some other method like depot shot or Implanon. Take care!
