creamy white discharge no smell

i have a creamy white discharge with no smell.i also been tried,an my stomach has been upset .i have threw up a couple time an dry heaved but not everyday. i feel sick in my stomach most of the time when i eat an sometimes when i not eating anything.i have ha spot bleeding a couple of times when having inercorse.i have felt light headed an dizzy almost everyday.i was constipated for awhile but now the past three days have had diarrhea.my breast are a little sensitive but not to bad.i had unprotected sex 8/1 8/2 8/3  8/13 8/20 8/29 8/30 my period was on 8/6 an lasted about 5 days. cab someone tell me what might be going on i am 17 an not quit sure?
