d and c

well I had a d and c yesterday.  Did anyone experience no bleeding after their d and c.  I had a little spotting right after and now nothing.  I have cramping, but its not constant.  I was just wondering if its weird to not bleed.

i am sorry for your loss. i had a d&c in april and had no bleeding at all afterwards. Some say it is o.k. but if you start hurting any then call your dr. i had lots of problems after mine (i am not trying to scare you , what happened to me does not happen much) i am fine now and ttc again. if you have any more questions just let me know. i will be thinking of you.

Soory for your loss.  I had a D&C 6/21 so about 2 and half weeks ago.  I had absolutely no bleeding for about 4 days.  I had the D&C on wed. and then started bleeding mon.  I am still spotting a bit.  You might start bleeding in a couple days.  I was told its like a period and you are very fertile 2 weeks after the surgery...so be careful.  Hope tyhis helps.  If you want to talk Im here and going through the same thing.  This is my 2nd miscarriage.  I did have a healthy baby girl inbetween,  so keep your chin up!!

Hi I am new here. I've been reading but this is my first post. I had a d&c 6/29 and this bleeding is getting on my nerves. I started out like you with no bleeding. I then bled 3 days later for a few hours in the evening after being on my feet a lot. I then had no bleeding until 2 days later and it has continued. It is spotting sometimes then heavy at other times. Thank God all the cramping is gone. My doctor said it is normal for the bleeding to stop and start like this.

Me too.  I had my d&c on 6/27.  I had some spotting that day, but nothing since then.  I had some light cramping a few days later, but that's it.  Some of the ladies on this site have told me it is because the doctor did a really good job.  I go for my post op visit on Tues. 7/11 and hope to start ttc asap.  I'm sorry for your loss.  Sticky baby dust to all who are preggers and those ttc.
