delayed speech

my boy is 30 months old he achieved all his milestones well on time even before time but he still not speaks 2 word sentences he follows most of the commands and also toilet trained he  says many words mama ,dad, hello ,bye bye tv, wat is this. finish. yum yum, baby auntie many name also 123  you , from almost 1 and half year of age  but wat iknow the boost or the explosion in speach  is still not coming which makes me worried is it the time to consult some1 or he is just a late talkers

He could be just a late speaker, and it sounds like there isn't a receptive language problem, which is good. However, if I were you, I would ask his pediatrician for a speech evaluation or referral to a speech and language specialist. Or, if you live in the US, you can contact your school district's early intervention program and get a free evaluation. I know many people who have done this, got a diagnosis, and their children received free speech therapy and an early intervention program. Many of them were declassified by the time they were school aged, and it is possible that they were just late speakers without an underlying problem.  The speech therapy made a world of difference.
Basically, it can't hurt to get an evaluation. If he qualifies, speech therapy can't hurt- it can only help. Since he is making all of his other benchmarks and has good receptive language, don't stress too much. But do look in to it.
