depo provera & ortho evra. Conception problems.

i started depo june 05and was on it for 4 months, first having a period for 3 weeks straight then not having it at all. then started depo again sometime in the end of 06 for 2 years, same thing with my period. when it came time to get my shot i decided to switch to the patch. i was on it for maybe a month and a half. now its about a year later since being on BC and i am having the hardest time getting pregnant. my fiance and i began trying in february and REALLY trying in june with absolutely no luck. we're extremely frustrated and i dont know what to do. i dont have insurance to check my fertility but im anxious to get pregnant.
Anyone have any ideas for whats happening to me or what i can do to conceive?
