dissolving corpus luteum cyst at 9w 3d?? Not sure if anyone can help with this one!!

Hi
Maybe I'm crazy or maybe I just need to stay off the internet and leave things alone.  To update if you haven't read my other posts. I went to the er on sunday b/c I was having right lower abdominal pain.  They did a u/s and the radiologist thought maybe I had an ectopic and a healthy pg at the same time!! My dr said very rare especially where I am 9w.  At a 7w u/s they did tell me I had a corpus luteum cyst in my right ovary, which she said was probably where I o'd from that month.  Well, yesterday I went in for a follow up u/s and they determined that I had a dissolving cyst in my right ovary which is probably what caused the pain I had on sunday.  My question is according to anything I've read the corpus luteum is to produce estrogen and progestrone until the baby takes over in the 2nd trimester.  The corpus luteum will usually start to shrink around the 6 or 7th week of pg and by 10 weeks should be done and the baby takes over hormone production.  At my u/s we still saw a yolk sac, which means to me that the baby has not yet taken over the hormone production yet.  If my corpus luteum cyst is dissolving now is that going to cause me any problems b/c if its dissolving is it still going to produce hormones?  I already take progesterone for a LPD so I am not so worried about the progesterone part of it it's the estrogen that I am concerned with. I guess my question really is the corpus luteum cyst dissolving too early?  If it is dissolving now is it still producinghormones?  I'm worried that if it is dissolving its not going to continue to do its job for the next couple of weeks?  Does that make sense to anybdy?

Not to be rude......but quit researching! lol I have been in your shoes as I've had the cysts and stuff. They are horrible and you will spend the whole rest of your pregnancy worrying about every tiny little thing (all pregnant women do) but if you are stressing so much about this (which HONESTLY is probably going to be NO big deal at all) then you are going to make yourself a nervous miserable wreck and that is not at all good for the baby! :)  Just chill out! (I know much easier said than done! Like I said....I was exactly like you but now at 28 weeks I have FINALLY come to realize that I just need to relax!!)
