don't know what to think

I posted a couple of times about this problem.  AF was a month late.  I had frequent urination, nausea, breast tenderness I took for hpt but all negitive also took a blood test at the hospital but they said it was negitive.  I started to have some spotting on the 30th of may and then some very light bleeding.  I am usually on my period for about 5 days but the bleeding only lasted 2 days.  But since then the nausea has gotten worst and now I have headaches and heartburn like crazy. I hardly ever had heart burn before and this might sound crazy when I'm laying in bed especially in the morning I feel little taps in my belly.  Has this ever happened to anyone and they had been pregnant.  Also my period for the month of april was short as well and then after that I didn't have anymore bleeding until cycle day 54 and I usually always have a 28 day cycle.

IF you are pregnant, you would't feel 'taps' at presumable 8 weeks pregnant.  The fetus barely has arms and legs, and hasn't even begun to move.  It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.  Take another hpt, and trust the results.
