ecotpic..normal pregnancy..tubual ligation

I had a tubual ligation in 07 a year after i had it done i got pregnant it was a ectopic pregnancy i just found out i was 4 weeks and like 5 days pregnant they seen a sack 2 days later i started spotting then yesterday started bleeding like a normal period my hcg levels are going down there in the 300's now..my question is even though i had a tubual ligation (they burnt my tubes) and im still getting pregnant will i ever have a chance to have a normal pregnancy  or will they be ectopic..even though they seen a sack in my uterous this time they still said it was a chance i was pregnant in my tubes...sorry if all my words run together i didnt know how to explain everything im a lil depressed cause this would be my first child with my boyfriend I have 3 other kids with another man..

I am sorry, but its difficult for me to understand how a uterine sac is called tubal pregnancy, unless it is at the point the tubes joined the uterus, and is more into the tube. Yes, it's possible that you are miscarrying, as your HCG levels are going down.
If you want another pregnancy, you'll need to find out about the patency of your tubes, and undergo proper re-canalization. Without that, chances of tubal pregnancy are more. Please discuss with your gynecologist. Take care!
