embrayonic pregnancy

I have just diagnosed for having an embrayonic pregnancy.  Had a spotting or bleeding and broughAt first when the doctor said he didn't see the baby in the sacs and said it leads to miscarriage. The doctor gave me the vaginal ultrasound and said those terms in medical but seems it didn't absurbed what he explained coz thinking of lossing hope on the matter. This is my second pregancy after I gave birth to my 1st child for 13 years now. The physician told me of it leads to miscarriage ..not seen the baby in the sacs either the heartbeat of the baby so the doctor. Another, he saw that I have a benign tumor 1 cm already. My question is it still possible to continue the conception even high risk to miscaariage? or it the next test will be seen positive just as what I have read in some of the womens revelations here..Good or Bad? What happened to the diagnosed I have a benign tumor? Please help me to see a little light on this emotional problems NO MOTHER will  think of leading to miscarriage but ..hoping miracles will give HOPE on me.
