My 10 month old daughter has developed red spots on her face that come and go they are larger and this just started. Could it be from food and also could it be dangerous?

as she is so young you should go to the dr and get bubs checked it could be an alergy (allergy) but you are better off going so you can be sure what it is. rashes are dificult especially when u cant see them.

My daughter started having dots around her eyes and on her cheeks at 12months. Her eyes would get real red on the eye lids and swollen. After two months of trying to figure out what was wrong.....we discovered she is allergic to milk and anything that has the milk protein in it which is a ton of foods! I felt so bad here I was feeding it to her!She will be two next month and I can give her a little here and there but she still gets a reaction the doctors say most out grow it by 5 years old I'm hoping she does...I feel so bad she can't have ice cream, chocolate, yogurt and any of the good foods!!!
