fain line on pregnancy test

Hi I have a question i have been trying to conceive for a while now and lately i have not been feeling well and have been having alot of back pain and i was 1 day late for my period and when it came on it was not that heavy so after my period went off i took a pregnancy test and got a faint line then two days later i took another and a diffrent brand and got another faint line even though my period came on do you think i am pregnant

It is possible to have a period and still be pregnant many women do and a line of any kind is a possitive

I agree, and your "period" if light could actually have been implantation bleeding, which Ive never had, but my sis and alot of women on here have had.  It is completely normal.  The faintness of the line is prob. just that its so early!

hello there, i just took a hpt and got a faint line also. but i am 5 days late though. you prob have implantation bleeding. i had the same thing in sept.of 06. and it ended up in a m/c. so good luck i will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I just wanted to tell you that my sis had the implantation bleeding and just this month gave birth to a baby boy, with the thickest, longest, and most hair I have EVER seen on a baby!  I am sure its ok, God Bless you!

my home pregnancy test had one dark line and one very faint line. I read in the directions that any kind of a second line means you are pregnant. Take a couple tests and different kinds. Don't drink a lot of fluids before because that will only dilute your urine. Good Luck!

It is very possible. Was your period any different then usual? You know what they say, a line is a line. If it showed up in the alotted time frame and has color to it, then it more then likely positive. If it has no color then it could be an evap.
