feeling really sick and pregnant

hi, so i have been sick with a cold,cough, and my head is killing me. i was trying to wait it out and maybe it will get better without medicine, but im ready to crack and take some medicine. im 12 weeks by the way, and i just wanna know what type of medicine i can take. thanx, i really appreciate the advice.

My doctor has approved tylenol products for me. I had a really bad cold a couple of weeks ago and tylenol sinus at night really seemed to help. Hope you feel better soon.

tylenol products, sudafed, and robitussin dm for me when I was sick.

my doc told me no sudafed...but tylenol, triaminic, claritin, and benadryl (but only for 2 days)

My dr. said sudafed is fine after 12 weeks
