Okay so anywho...I've found out on the 13th of april that we were having a boy. My grandmother however was convinced it was a girl. The doctor's told me that in the last few weeks of pregnancy the heartbeat is what is more accurate in determining the gender....
I know what you mean! This whole pregnancy I thought it was a boy and 2 ultrasounds have said girl. It obviously doesnt matter but we have lots of girl stuff so if a boy pops out, I guess we have lots of returning and shopping to do...
Anyways I'm only 33 weeks 4 days along and her last few appointments her heartbeat has been between 140-160. At the very beginning it was always between 160-175.
Hmmm... I'm having a girl. My doctor said that the rate of the heartbeat has nothing to do with determining the babies sex which I believe strongly to be true. I have a doppler and he heartbeat is always all over the place. When she is sleeping it is usually around 134-140 when she is awake and relaxing it is at around 150 and when she is bouncing off the walls it gets to be around 163. I just depends on if the baby is being active for not that determines the rate of the heartbeat. Hope this helps! :D
