fibroids

Hello. I am 8 weeks 3 days pregnant today. They did an ultrasound today and found a fibroid in my uterus. It is up against the sac that the baby is in. Is this something I should be worried about? I have a prior miscarriage, so it's really worrying me right now. Any info you have would be appreciated. Thanks!

Fibroids are hormone driven and most women have them. Not sure if they are bad when you're pregnant. My mother always had them, even during pregnancies. If your dr. doesn't seem concerned, I wouldn't be either.
