first pregnancy and confused

Hi, Me and my boyfriend have just recently returned home from egypt on thursday 15th aug. I had been really ill with food poisening and when i got home i began with little bleeds. On the sunday my boyfriend took me to a+e for blood tests as i was vomitting, had bad diarrhoea, stomach cramps, hot flushes, dizzy spells, dehydration and i couldnt eat. They told me that on top of my food poisening that i was pregnant. The next day i recieved a call telling me i had to return to hospital within the next 48 hours to the BEP clinic. They told me that i am under 4 weeks pregnant and something to do with my bloods (not sure, think it was something to do with pregnancy hormone) was 140 and it had to be 1500 to see something on my ultrasound. There was a little sack but they told me it could be a blood vessle and that i could have an ectopic pregnancy and that my blood results had to double alteast by the next day. Although they have, the lady told me that she had worked out that my monday she should be able to see something on the screen. As i am only 21 and this is my first pregnancy, im not sure exactly how far along i am or even when i conceived. Im also scared that it still could be ectopic because she said that there is still a chance that they will see nothing on the ultrasound, even though i feel alot better in myself and the bleeding and stomach cramps have stopped. Could anyone help me understand more about my pregnancy please? It will be much appreciated xxxx

I'm sorry you are scared and going through a difficult time.  I would really just wait to you go back to your doctor and see what happens on Monday.  She said it could be ectopic, so let's see what she says.  Try not to worry so much, I know its hard not to, but let's see what the dr says.  I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thankyou for you nice comment, im just hoping for good news and maybe a bit more information but the days feel like weeks when you find out your pregnant dont they. I'll let you know how everything goes :)
