my child has a severe eczema and she is almost allegic to everything she eats what's the best food i can give her

You really should talk to an allergist.  It might be that some one thing that is common in a lot of foods (such as wheat) is the cuplrit, possibly it just seems like she is allergic to more things because that thing is in so much she eats.  But she should be tested.  If you absolutely can't do that, try a series of foods for her that are one ingredient only.  For example, start with rice, see if she has a reaction, then rice and a vegetable, see if she has a reaction, then rice and a vegetable and a meat, see if she has a reaction, etc.  Keep good notes about exactly what she can eat without a reaction.  (If she is not reactive to green beans, for example, don't assume she is OK with all vegetables.)  Also, google "common childhood food allergies" and see what is on the lists.  That will give you a place to start.

my daughter has eczema (it was severe) and after tons of testing, we found out she was allergic to eggs (which is a component of many foods.  You really need to find a good allergist and get her treated and figure out what her trigger happens to be..  it is a miserable suffering for these babies :(  hang in there.
