Good luck :)
i've always heard that sleeping on your right side is best because it helps keep your blood flow to your uterus good as there is no weight pressing on any majorMajor tears Major-gesic veins or ateries.
Actually I heard it was the left side is better. My right side ALWAYS gave me heartburn so I slept on my left anyway. Never the back once you get further along though. I do not know if it really matters what SIDE you sleep on. Good Luck. I know it is tough to get comfy towards the middle and end of pg.
I've heard both left and right side... It's so funny how much us new moms-to-be worry!! I think either side is probably ok. Maybe check with your doctor to be sure. I remember those first few months thinking when does this worrying stop... Well I'm almost 39 weeks and still worry all the time. From what I hear, you worry until they are past their teenage years!!
It was found lying on your back to be the worst positition but this is not till your further along. Pregnancy is 40 weeks of worrying!! We all go through it. (which way should I sleep, what should i eat, how much should I do) Try to enjoy your time being pregnant and relax. You can make your self crazy. I know I have 3 kids and no matter if this is your first or 3rd you still do it for everyone!!!!
Im sure things are fine--so enjoy!!
