gest sac and yolk sac present but no fetal pole @ 6.2 days

As of my LMP i am 6.2 wks pregnant. At about 5.2 wks i was in the ER for bright red blood ( soaked less than a pad ) they did all the tests that needed to be done and my HCG levels were at 29,050 ( which they said were very high for my suppposed week ) they did an U/S and said the baby was there but it could still be a possible misscarrage. i had to follow up 2 days later with my obgyn. ( and they didnt show me any ultrasound pics or anything at the ER ) so 2 days later i went to the doctor and they checked my HCG levels which had doubled as they should have. they did a pelvic exam to make sure the cervix was still closed and that all checked out fine. ( the reason was that i was spottig some brown blood every day ) so they finally did a transvaginal U/S and i saw the gest. sac and the yolk sac but there was no fetal pole, not even a spec. Is it too early too tell i have to go back in 3 days to redo all the tests and see if there will be a fetal pole. i am a bit scared ever since that bright red blood. and its like i cant get any straight answers from the doctor. someone please shed some light on this for me. i dont know what to think or what to do :(

it could just be that it is too sign to see the hb, as was the case with my daughter when i went for a very early scan. the yolk sac and gest sac was also seen but no hb. the doctors wrote her off as my 2nd blighted ovum and offered me a d&c that day, i refused as i had previously lost 3 babies and still had all the symptoms of pregnancy. low and behold at a re-scan a week later they picked up her hb! i wasn't as far along as i thought! try and stay positive, i really hope you get the same outcome i did!
