gestational or fetal age?

Just curious...after having an u/s, do they refer to the estimated age as gestational or fetal?

generally I'm pretty sure they use weeks from last menstrual period (gestational age)...

Gestational age. I had my first u/s at 8w1d and that was exactly from my last period and the u/s measured baby at 8w1d as well.

i wouldn't worry, you probably just ovulated later than you thought.  best of luck to you!

I my ultrasound done and from my lmp it was 7 weeks but ultrasound measured at 6 weeks and 2 days...dr is doing another ultrasound in 2 weeks by my lmp i'm due 2-2-07 by u/s i'm due 2-7-07..is that anything to worry about?

Yep, it is gestational,,,they add two weeks onto the fetal age, (going back to your lmp), that was how my doctor explained it to me, congratulations!!!

Don't worry - remember ultrasound dating has an accuracy of +/- 5 days... so you're fine. :)
