gestational sac

How long after a sonogram and u see a sac that the yolk sac will show up? I seen my gestational sca yesterday but I have been bleeding for about 1 1/2 weeks now the first week was blood spotting blood but this sat i started bleeding red blood with clotts and hurting alot in my left side stomach and back i yesterday tghe blood flow slow down and now i am almost stopped could i be preg or have i lost the baby or why would there be a gestational sac and no yolk sac? please help I have RSD and take alot of meds including oxycontin which is not good to take with preg.
