had a Epi Steroid Inj., 9 days late, PT (-neg) 2 days ago

I'm 34 y.o., trying to conceive our 1st baby (hopeful), I took pill (primolot) for a week to avoid discomfort on my wedding day 6 months ago, now I lost counts of my period date which always starts on day 20/21 of the month before I get married. After taking the pill it starts day 3/4 of the month for 3 months then the following month I was delayed for 10 days on the 11 got my period I thought it was a miscarriage but as per my Ultra sound result there was no signs of pregnancy at all, then the following month my period starts on 13/14 of the month for 3 months, Now I missed 9 days, took PT 2 days ago (- neg) is it another false alarm? Also I had a Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection TX 2 weeks ago (have history of lower back pain for several years degenerated disc L3, 4, 5 & S1) my Physio Therapy class will start next month , if incase I'm pregnant does this Epidural Steroid Injection can affect the baby’s health in the womb (deformity)??  Please advice!
